What products does AcuTruss manufacture?
AcuTruss manufactures engineered roof trusses, AcuJoist® I-Joists, and structural components including laminated beams (LVL and Glulam), MSR lumber, and metal roofing panels - all built in British Columbia.
Do you provide stamped engineering services?
Yes. Our in-house structural designers work directly with customers and their architectural drawings to design the required components. We partner with KO Structural Engineering, who review our designs, apply the engineer’s seal, and provide any necessary schedules.
What areas do you serve?
We serve clients across Western Canada and ship throughout North America and internationally. Our proximity to Vancouver shipping ports and the U.S. border allows us to move materials efficiently and cost-effectively to destinations worldwide.
What is AcuJoist®?
AcuJoist® is our performance-rated engineered wood I-Joist system. It is manufactured in Kelowna, British Columbia, and is the only I-Joist product manufactured in BC. AcuJoist® is designed for long spans, structural stability, and efficient installation on site.
Can I download technical details or span tables?
Yes. We provide downloadable technical resources including specifier guides, installation manuals, fire rating documentation, and span tables for AcuJoist® I-Joists. These documents are available in the Resources section of our website.
Do you offer credit accounts for contractors?
Yes. You can apply for a commercial credit account directly through our website. Once approved, you'll be able to streamline orders, simplify billing, and take advantage of our contractor support services.
How long does manufacturing and delivery take?
Manufacturing and delivery timelines vary based on project scope, production volume, and seasonal demand. Lead times will be confirmed by our team when a quote is requested or an order is placed.
Where are your plants located?
AcuTruss operates manufacturing plants and sales offices throughout British Columbia. Key locations include Vernon, Kelowna, Winfield, Kamloops, and West Kelowna, supporting projects across BC and beyond.
